Amazingly, when a terrorist wreaks havoc on a citizen or two, nations mobilize money, brains, and resources. But addicts are dying/rising/and dying again by the thousands across North America, setting off bombs of emotional, financial, and spiritual destruction that will last generations. The response so far has amounted to a band-aid brigade.
The toll and the response to date is a travesty.
